How a Crémant de Bourgogne gives very special bubbles?
In this video you will be able to understand the process called TIRAGE, which we would call bottling for a still wine (wine without bubbles). Yeast and sugar are added to the base wine to restart fermentation in the bottle. This is the draw of a very special vintage for a great Burgundian winegrower from the Côte de Nuits, who has entrusted exceptional grapes to Louis Picamelot in Rully, for the creation of this very special Crémant de Bourgogne.
It is also possible to visit the production site, installed in old limestone quarries in Rully.
