We’re beyond excited to announce a trio of collaborations with our friend, Chef Brooke Williamson. From sourcing grapes in Los Olivos at Andrew Murray Vineyards, to barrel tasting and sensory at The Bruery— these beers have been a long time coming. Arriving soon are The Vine, a beer-wine hybrid using grapes sourced from Andrew Murray Vineyards, The Berry, a tripel with loads of huckleberries, and The Spice, an imperial stout treated with spices including thyme.
This Provisions project was meant to highlight the playful relationship between beer and food to illustrate the many ways one can build a meal with beer pairings in mind. While we can’t host any dinners right now, that’s ultimately the goal.
